MTT – Metamorphosis Technique Therapy
The next step and not to be confused, as the Metamorphic Technique is not a Therapy but a non invasive clearing process.
MTT is the work and reprograms and clears in a much smoother way once the bodies energy has done the intimal letting go of the frozen energy.
MTT is a combination This is not just a technique; it is a ritual of profound personal alchemy. The complexity is a deep intuitive understanding of how to create a full-system reset by engaging multiple neurological and energetic pathways simultaneously.
IT’S TIME TO LET GO OF THE PROBLEMS YOU HAVE BEEN HANGING ON TO
Heal Your Life
Stage 1: The Amniotic Universe (Conception to 1st trimester)
This first stage covers the period of embryonic and fetal existence before labor begins.
The Experience:
Grof’s BPM I: Ideally, this is a “good womb” experience—a state of oceanic bliss, cosmic unity, and safety where all needs are met instantly. However, a “bad womb” (affected by maternal stress, toxicity, or illness) can introduce early feelings of nausea or paranoia.
Oneness Basket 1 (Conception to ~4 months): This basket is characterized by stillness and being. It is the foundation of connection and trust.
Oneness Basket 2 (Mid-pregnancy, ~3–8 months): As the fetus grows, the womb becomes constricting. The Oneness teachings distinguish this phase of physical restriction as a time when the “struggle” begins.
The Prenatal Effect (Imprint):
Positive: If this stage is peaceful, the individual grows up with a deep sense of security, optimism, and “belonging” in the world.
Negative:
Stuck in Basket 1: If an individual carries a negative charge here, they may lack drive or motivation, expecting the world to provide for them (“lazy” or passive tendencies).
Stuck in Basket 2: According to Oneness teachings, a negative imprint here creates a person who believes life must be a struggle. They may become “hard workers” who subconsciously create obstacles just to overcome them, feeling that success is not valid without suffering.
Stage 2: Cosmic Engulfment (4th – 8th Month)
This stage marks the biological shift from gestation to labor. The uterus begins to contract, but the cervix is not yet open.
The Experience:
Grof’s BPM II: This is often the most terrifying stage. The fetus is compressed by crushing contractions with “no way out.” It is a situation of absolute entrapment and hopelessness.
Oneness Basket 3 (~8–9 months/Onset of Labor): The Oneness teachings describe this as a period of alternating hope and despair. The fetus wants to emerge but cannot, leading to a cycle of pushing and being blocked.
The Prenatal Effect (Imprint):
The Agony: A fixation here is linked to depression, claustrophobia, and feelings of victimization. In adult life, this person may easily feel “trapped” in jobs or relationships, seeing no solution to their problems.
The “No Exit” Syndrome: Grof suggests that those stuck in BPM II may suffer from existential angst or a sense of hellish suffering (e.g., the writings of Edgar Allan Poe). Oneness teachings note that people stuck in Basket 3 often oscillate between high hopes and sudden hopelessness, frequently giving up just before the breakthrough.
Stage 3: The Death-Rebirth Struggle (8th – Birth)
The cervix opens, and the fetus begins the difficult journey through the birth canal.
The Experience:
Grof’s BPM III: This is the stage of dynamic struggle. Unlike the passive crushing of the previous stage, there is now a goal: the light at the end of the tunnel. It involves immense mechanical pressure, suffocation, and a mix of aggression and biological excitement.
Ecstasy and Agony: This stage is associated with volcanic energy, fire, and the fight for survival.
The Prenatal Effect (Imprint):
The Warrior/Sadomasochist: Individuals fixated here may become thrill-seekers, revolutionaries, or people who thrive on intensity and conflict.
Violence vs. Drive: A negative imprint can lead to aggression or sadomasochistic tendencies (linking pain with pleasure/survival). A positive integration leads to a strong “fighting spirit” and the ability to persevere through difficulties to achieve a goal.
The Journey of the Birth Canal
The Blueprint of Achievement
This stage corresponds to the propulsion through the birth canal. The cervix is open, and the journey outward has begun. This is the biological prototype for how we handle intense activity, how we pursue goals, and how we navigate the distance between “wanting” something and “getting” it.
Depending on the nature of this passage, the individual receives an imprint that dictates whether life will be a battlefield or a playground.
1. The Interrupted Journey: The Pattern of “Start-Stop” Failure
If the passage through the canal was difficult, prolonged, or interrupted, specifically if the baby began to emerge but was “pushed back” due to contractions stopping or fear of the mother this creates a life script of repetitive struggle.
The “Push-Back” Phenomenon: The psychological imprint here is: “It is not safe to finish,” or “Just when I succeed, I will be defeated.”
In Business: You may start a new venture and excel initially. The launch is successful, and you can “see the light.” But suddenly, for no apparent reason, the business falls apart. You hit an invisible wall, or funding dries up just as you are about to scale. The pattern of being “pushed back” into the womb replays as being pushed back into failure.
In Relationships: A relationship may start out wonderfully with deep connection. But as you move closer to true intimacy (the exit/birth), problems arise that were not present before. The relationship deteriorates or hits a sudden blockage, mirroring the struggle in the birth canal where the journey was met with failure time and time again.
2. The Golden Passage: The Pattern of Flow and Ease
Conversely, if the birth was easy, rapid (but not too rapid), and felt wonderful—where the mother and baby worked in sync—the life experience reflects a state of “Flow.”
The “Life is Your Oyster” Phenomenon: The psychological imprint here is: “Movement brings reward,” and “The universe supports my forward motion.”
In Business: No excessive effort is needed. Success is reoccurring and predictable. Opportunities seem to fall into your lap, and when you start a project, you are able to carry it to completion without self-sabotage or external blocks.
In Relationships: Connections flow with little resistance. You do not subconsciously create “drama” or friction because your nervous system does not associate “intimacy” with “struggle.” You expect things to work out, and because you are relaxed and open, they usually do.
Stage 4: The Death-Rebirth Experience (Birth – 6 Months)
The baby is born, the umbilical cord is cut, and physical separation from the mother occurs.
The Experience:
Grof’s BPM IV: The tension is suddenly released. The baby enters a vast new world. This is the moment of liberation (death of the fetus, birth of the human).
Oneness Basket 4 (Birth to first 6 hours): Oneness teachings emphasize the critical nature of the first six hours after birth, specifically the reception of the child. Was the baby held, loved, and welcomed, or treated mechanically and separated?
The Prenatal Effect (Imprint):
The Agony: If the birth was traumatic or the separation too harsh (e.g., immediate incubation, lack of touch), the individual may struggle with deep feelings of rejection, loneliness, or alienation. Oneness teachings suggest that a lack of connection in the first 6 hours can contribute to a “violent” or emotionally cold nature later in life.
The Ecstasy: A positive experience here leads to a sense of liberation and personal freedom. It is the prototype for all future “success” and the feeling of having “arrived.”
Spiritual Connection: Grof links this stage to spiritual epiphanies. Those who reintegrate this experience often have deep mystical insights, feeling a sense of “rebirth” and unity with the cosmos (e.g., Blaise Pascal’s spiritual experiences).
The Parents and the Reflections to Life Issues
The concept of “Prenatal Breakdown” refers to specific interruptions or traumas occurring within the developmental baskets that fracture the developing psyche. When the natural biological sequence is disturbed—whether by maternal distress in the womb, a stalled labor, or a traumatic separation at birth—it creates a “glitch” in the primary programming. These breakdowns do not disappear; instead, they migrate from somatic memory into psychological symptoms, causing the adult to compulsively replay the original trauma through specific behavioral loops.
Here is a rewritten version of that section. It retains the core teaching and structure—specifically the link between the father and finance, and the mother and obstacles—but uses fresh phrasing to avoid direct plagiarism.
The Parental Mirror and How Life Reflects Our Origins
At its core, life is relationship. Every interaction we have with the world is ultimately a reflection of the primary connection we share with our parents. If the bond with our parents is fractured, our interaction with life itself will be fractured. Conversely, when these root relationships are healed, external circumstances naturally fall into alignment.
This connection is not just metaphorical; it manifests in specific, observable patterns:
The Father and Finance: The relationship with the father is deeply linked to our interaction with the world’s resources. If there is unresolved conflict or distance with the father, it often mirrors back as financial instability. Life reflects this broken bond through monetary struggle. Therefore, if you are facing persistent financial blockages, the remedy often lies in repairing the connection with your father. Once that bridge is mended, financial flow tends to improve immediately.
The Mother and Obstacles: The relationship with the mother governs the “flow” of life. A strained or negative relationship with the mother often materializes as “needless obstacles”—frustrations and delays that seem to appear from nowhere. When you heal the relationship with the mother, these invisible barriers tend to dissolve, and life becomes smoother.
This principle is not merely theoretical; it is something that can be tested and verified in one’s own experience. By addressing the root conflict with the parents, the external symptoms in life—whether financial lack or constant roadblocks—begin to shift.
Clearing the Script: The Metamorphic Technique
Developed by Robert St. John (originally called “Prenatal Therapy”) and further evolved by Gaston Saint-Pierre, this practice is based on the discovery that the spinal reflex points on the feet, hands, and head correspond to the gestation timeline, from conception to delivery.
The spine is the central nervous system’s housing, holding the memory of our prenatal development. By stimulating these spinal reflexes, the practitioner effectively “massages” the timeline of the client’s time in the womb, releasing the energy blocks formed during the Four Baskets.
1. The Mechanism: Addressing the “Time Line” on the Foot
Unlike standard reflexology which targets organs (liver, heart, etc.), the Metamorphic Technique targets time. The foot is viewed as a map of the prenatal journey:
The Heel (Zone of Conception): Corresponds to Basket 1. This area holds the energy of the father’s and mother’s state at the moment of conception.
The Instep/Arch (Zone of Involution): Corresponds to Basket 2. This is the period of gestation, the “post-conception” phase where the spirit becomes matter. Blocks here relate to feeling “stuck” or introverted.
The Spinal Ridge (Zone of Movement): Corresponds to Basket 3. This area creates the transition.
The Big Toe (Zone of Birth): Corresponds to Basket 4. This represents the entry into the world.
2. Clearing the Symptoms by Zone
Clearing Basket 1: The Heel (Conception/Safety)
The Symptom: If the client suffers from the “Basket 1” weakness (lethargy, feeling unwanted, lack of drive), the practitioner focuses on the heel area.
The Metamorphic Effect: Working this area helps release the “weak commitment to life.” It shifts the internal program from “I shouldn’t be here” to a grounded sense of belonging. It re-establishes the right to exist.
Clearing Basket 2 & 3: The Arch & Spinal Edge (The Struggle)
The Symptom: If the client is stuck in the “No Exit” depression of Basket 2 or the “Start-Stop” failure of Basket 3, the block is located along the bony ridge of the foot (the spinal reflex).
The Metamorphic Effect: The gentle movement here releases the memory of the constraint. It helps the client move from a state of “holding on” (fear of the crush) to a state of flow. It dissolves the need to create struggle in business or relationships just to feel alive.
Clearing Basket 4: The Toe (Birth/Action)
The Symptom: If the client has the “fear of intimacy” or “loneliness” from a traumatic separation (Basket 4), the energy is blocked in the toe area (the head/exit point).
The Metamorphic Effect: Stimulation here addresses the way the person enters new situations. It helps clear the “fear of the new,” allowing the person to start projects or enter relationships without the subconscious anticipation of abandonment or coldness.
3. The Approach: Detachment and “The Life Force”
A key distinction of the Metamorphic Technique—which aligns with Bhagavan’s teaching that “trying to understand is like peeling an onion”—is that it does not use diagnosis or psychoanalysis.
Non-Interference: The practitioner acts as a catalyst, using a very light touch (unlike deep tissue work). They do not try to “fix” the symptom.
Self-Healing: The theory is that the client’s own “Life Force” knows exactly where the prenatal knot is tied. The touch simply loosens the earth around the roots, allowing the Life Force to pull the weed out itself.
